Websites have developed a sense of all knowing power especial search engines. Some recognize your state, county even your name. The internets all knowing capabilities have helped everyone on a personal level. The variety of things that can be accomplished on the net is unfathomable. From meeting your spouse to finding where to go out for dinner in an unfamiliar place.Recently i found myself seeking some important information for a very dear friend of mine.
Traveling around with an animal has made me very weary of vet websites. Some super flashy vet websites have produced some not so super results. Being an educated web shopper is something I wished i learned in high school. Hundredes of dollars later I became a smart searcher. I found actually going to places in person has turned out better results.
Walking in and meeting the doctor and friendly assistants made my cat very happy. Vet websites have not helped as well as meeting the people that would take care my cat. I was always a pretty good judge of character and it has not lead me astray. With the vet websites i was able to gain perspective but not a personal relationship. I haven even found out local information. With the vet websites or and website its hard to get that kind of approach.
Overall the vet website approach has come out second. People are full of insight especially when traveling so much. Especially when you are giving them an unexplainable amount of money. Honestyl i would not know the difference if they told me my cat was sick or it had a broken rib. So depending on the variable of the vet website or the expression you get from interacting with the people it up to you to determine.
